Any one know max boost psi ko3s can take safely?
-
id say 25-27 psi before you hit limp mode
-
You can hit limp at any psi...
-
Hitting 21psi now with forge actuator fitted, a lot better midrange now.

hows that? if you go over a certain psi which the ecu thinks could cause damage then it chucks itself in limp mode to stop it
-
Psi isnt the only factor that can put a turbo/ecu into limp mode.
-
i no but the guy is talking about boost nothing else!

Previously before forge fitted was hitting 19 and held at about 14/15 psi. After fitting forge get 21/22 and holds at 18psi. When previously fitted j n75 valve caused over boosting turbo was squealing and going into limp mode reverted back to f valve. My map much push n75 valve limit.
