Title: Cabby power roof information .....

Does anyone know a good web site that explains how the power roof works ?  I am interested in what sort of maintenance...fluid topup etc is required ?  Thanks.

I've never found one, but check the levels on the hydraulic reservoir located in the passenger side of the boot. I think I used VW hydraulic fluid to top mine up. It tops up by removing the brass bolt on the top of the motor. Use a syringe for ease of access.
Also ensure the pivot points on the frame are lubed properly. Other than that, there is nothing else I ever do to mine.

AdamB - thanks for the info - I couldn't see how the fluid could be topped up but you have made it clear now !  Have you seen the Bentley manual .... apparently this is the only place that seems to have coverage of the roof system ?
