Title: Monza I and Monza II Alloy (Shadow)

Hi All

Can anyone confirm if both versions of this wheel are susceptible to white worm?

The monza 2's on the mk5, and the monza shadows on the mk6 are susceptible to the whiteworm.

The 17" monza's are not as susceptible I suppose, but anything with a broken laquer seal can always allow moisture in, I guess it doesn't show up as badly on the normal monza's.

Monza I's are the 17" version and are powder coated an so not affected by white worm.

The Monza II's are the 18" version. They come in 2 colours grey inserts on mk5's and black inserts (shadow) on mk6's. These are diamond cut and so are susceptible to white worm.

This is sadly true :cry: just make sure you get some sort of protection on them....
