just ordered a blue graphite gti.

not sure about the colour, but think the small parts of red will set it off.

you might want to confirm that collection date, i ordered one back in feb with a deleivery of mid april, only got it yesterday!!!!

hopefuuly it will be ok, ordered it start of last month, the boke said it would only take about 12 weeks!!

Don't want to shatter your illusions, but mine was ordered 16 weeks ago today from a UK dealer and I still don't know when I'll get it :cry:

ref your money off for late delivery answer from vw is no as the 12 week build plan is slow i ordered in feb and pick up in 2 week most orders in feb time are being met in june not sure about rest but they not doing and deals for cash off if late all about supply and demand  me thinks

dont get back for hols until 17/10/2005, that will be best part of 20week wait, so should be ok!!!!

I ordered in December and was promised delivery for the end of March right up until a week before delivery when I was told it wasnt built and wouldnt be ready until May/June time so I cancelled the order and asked the dealer to source one that was available immediately, I obviously had to be a little flexible on the spec but am 100% happy with my choice, I gave the dealer a list of must haves and they came up with the goods. If you dont want to wait maybe this is the way to go as there are new ones out there to be had.

although i can't wait, theres no rush, it will give me more time to come up with the money!!!!! :grin:
