Where'd the rest of it go then?
That's going to cost a fortune to get sorted.

What tosh.
A project can be complete, but it might need a bunch of welding.
That's just a very expensive mistake looking to happen to someone.

Mk1 scirocco parts are not exactly plentiful either, could take years to source the parts to put that back together.

Fair enough, at least he'll have plenty of sleepless nights to spend trawling through ebay for rocco parts..
-
But yh would make a good project daz, Id buy if I had the time/money/souces for parts to build it into a minter
-
Ideally you want another rotten but complete 'rocco to transfer all the parts over from. That's a serious undertaking to get that back on the road without at least a few choice donor components.
-
I have spied a fairly local mk1 scirocco that buzzes around with a tatty shell which I am going to try to buy. This would be ideal!

Be nice if the seller stated what year it was  needs acid dipping, and probably all the welding work done again.
Edit, just spotted that its 1980, no god for me then...

I didn't realise you weren't religious about 1980 Sciroccos?
