Title: Lost locking wheel nut!
Post by: Jimmymature on 08 April 2012, 16:39
Hi all, looks like the c0cks at KwikFit have lost the locking wheel nut the last time my wife had her tyres done!!

What's the deal then? Does anyone know how much VW will charge for the removal and replacement with new wheel nuts?

Cheers,

Jim

Got any mates with a Dub? Perhaps try and borrow one and remove them yourself, if I remember correctly a while ago this happened to someone else and VW were going to charge like £90 or some sh!t to replace them...Possibly borrow one from someone on here? :undecided:

Do you have the key card with the number on it?   if you have that you can order a new one, otherwise bang them off with a socket and fit a new set.
