Title: mk4 done some miles got noise front end.

just got mk4 1.6 16v but got noise in front end running gear could this be wheel bering and if so do they need pressing out and in or can i do it myself???? :shocked: :shocked: :shocked:

if its wheel bearing im sure they need to be pressed out and back in as you have said mate  :smiley:

Can be done without using a press. Using a grinder and chisel to get the inner race off and a large vice to press in the new bearing.
