looked oryt at first untill i saw it had peices of hosepipe and drainage in the engine bay. surely thats not standard :D

The drainage is pretty standard, the hosepipe is just engine breather.  :huh:

ah ok, dont really know much about those engines so wouldnt of had a clue what it was, just thought it was a bit of a dogey job using hosepipe and drainage pipe :D

Hose pipes, a favourite bodge by my uncle when in a pinch and needing to use his beetle or 'fix' my mothers  :laugh:

Hose pipes are very useful short term fixes for mk2 water pipes... they are a perfect fit for one of the pipes that went on both my old mk2s

I seen an old boy put hose pipe on his rusted montego wheel arches then he smoothed them in with body filler,hose pipes are very useful to some  :laugh:
