   Nice work!

What did you use to seal the rim?

I did quite a lot of research even Image wheels told me to use bathroom sealant, so I did, unibond translucent low modulus bathroom sealant. I did buy the most expensive one as it proclamed a 35 yr life span

They were £240 thats inclusive of polishing and anodising I did offset the cost by selling the old outers on e-bay

No the £240 included the polishing as for the nuts I got a second set from e-bay had them all chromed at the same time £160. Sold a set on e-bay to again offset the cost.

wow thats cheap

Shame there on holiday for the week, ill order some soon.

How long did it take to strip and rebuild the wheels?

Stripping was the easy part it I used a rubber mallet to separate the rims from the hubs. Attaching the new rims took around 2hrs each as I put the bolts in first to check the threads for paint/crap etc then put and torqued the bolts in a star pattern very carefully so's not to damage them. I have one last job to do the chromers advised me to cover each bolt head in clear nail varnish to protect them, I think if I did this again I would buy the stainless steel bolts.

To be perfectly honest i don't know too much myself, mines being done today, gone for some blistein shocks from euro car parts and some  -55mm venom motorsport spings, also replacing front strut mounts and front bump stops. Not doing it muself though, a mates piking it up and doing it for £40!

A few people on here have gone for the streetline kit available from euro car parts (stuart does it for a discount in the deals and discounts thread), very good reports from all. try and serch on here and read there comments.
