Title: DSG steering
Post by: fransnz on 04 April 2012, 16:32
Hi

Would anyone know if it is possible to fit a paddle shift steering to a GTi DSG golf? My car has DSG on the shifter but not on the steering.
If i got a steering with paddles and fitted it would it work or do i need to program the ECU or get some other parts?

Thanks
Frans

I assume you have a 55 plate car.
And yes it's possible to retro fit a dsg paddle steereing wheel but you'll need it coding with vcds.
