I've just bought a Karcher 2 series which is going to be delivered shortly and I also got a Snow Foam lance on the way...
So from peoples experiences what snow foam would you recommend and also please state where to buy from...
P.S I've heard that Autosmart do one but can't seem to find it or any where that sales it!
Thanks

I use this:

OR:

Both have good reviews. Add a little car shampoo in with the mix and you're good to go.

What's the bottle with that? Can it be used for snow foam?

The bottle included with the Makita PW can be used for snow foam. Not very good (I had one supplied with my Nilfisk). You really want to upgrade to this:

Expensive but well worth the money. Make sure you order the correct fittings for the machine though

The only snowfoam lance that autosmart do is the Tornador which needs an air compressor afaik
http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/washing-and-drying/valet-pro-ph-neutral-snow-foam/prod_500.html Valet Pro is normally a very good product and I have used this with no problems at all

That's the one I've ordered!

Autosmart van's should be in your area. Ring your local supplier through the AS website.

I've got a CYC foam lance but it appears that most of them are very similar if not identical. My dad bought himself a foam lance off an ebay seller (he can't remember who and there's not feedback to look at either) which came in around £38 delivered which I thought was pretty good. I am using Chemical Guys 'No Touch' Snow Foam which has a very long dwell time and seems to clean remarkably well as a pre-wash. I've used APCs and ordinary shampoos through a foam lance though to good effect. Some foam products may be quite harsh and could strip a wax or sealant on your car.

Sounds good, I have bought the AS stuff for now but might try the CG's stuff next...
