Right back in a mk2... looking to keep things or put things back to original where possible
First its got all Read (US) style rear lights, am i right in thinking it should have the standard lights with the white and yellow on the lenses opposed to half smoked?
Also the heater panel has the snow flake, air con symbol on the first 3 pictures, the car does not have aircon, i assume this panel is not correct.
-
Correct - orange and red for a stock 85 model plus the heater panel is from another Golf if yours doesn't have air con.
-
thanks alot

And does anyone know are the Pirelli P slots standard/optional extra, or should it be on steelies? only ask as i'll be buying tyres soon and i cant decide Pirelli's or 14" steelies
-
i would be slamming P slots on it as its got 1/4 light windows
-
Cheers chuff its already on P slots im on abit of a quest to return it to its original glory

I've got original rear clusters from my 89 driver if that's of any help?

got a few set setting in a box ,and closer to home if you want to pick them up ....lol

P slots or steelies would have been main options, tear drops are a bit later....I think I remember that left hand drive gti's had steelies, p slots were the uk norm
