Seeing as I have a black badge on the front I thought it would be nice to have a black badge on the back. The only place I found was on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=9889&item=4553207554&rd=1
He has listed loads of other VW stuff for all marks of Golfs but do you think that badge will be ok?
Edit: How do you remove the rear badge as well? In case my only option is to paint it

Pull off clips in boot, behind carpet.
Gently pull badge off.
Clean everything up.
Spray badge.
Wait to dry 100%.
Stick badge back on with super glue!

Thanks for the reply mate.
Whilst out looking over the car tonight I had a look at the clips, how exactly do you pull them out, is it with pliers?
-
yeah, pull the little clips off from the inside of the car. I sprayed by badge a while back, i'll see if i can get round to uploading a pic for you.
-
Thanks mate, I want to try and match the front black badge as well as I can, not sure what paint to get hold of really.
-
Just use any gloss black mate.

Looks nice mate and thanks for the pic :)
Did you use a rough grade of sandpaper on the badge first?
Also did you not prime it first?
Cheers mate
-
i used a very fine grade of paper, and then cleaned it well with solvent, petrol, or acid wheel cleaner will do too. Then spray in fine layers, being patient between layers.

Thanks mate
I'll get on with this once i've been over the stone chips and got my door builds started.
