Title: Where's it going?

Hi guys need some help on the quick I'm due to pick up a k04 set up for my car, the reason for this is I have been told that the seals my turbo have gone so I'm after some advice again lol, the car has drank 5.5l of oil in three weeks n stinks of petrol and it drinks a lot of petrol as well any ideas on what the hell is going on?

Sounds like valve stem seals to me? Blue or black smoke out of the exhaust?

What smoke on start up is normal, if your turbo seals have gone then you could have a cat problem with the all the excess oil being dumped in to it.
