Title: Heat shield

Well the small hole in the heat shield under my bonnet has since become a rather large one, and all the fibres are spewing out over my engine.  So it looks like im going to have to buy a new one.

Does anyone know how much I would be looking at paying for said item, where to get one from and are they easy to fit?  Any help would be appreciated.  Cheers
