Title: Clutch pedal change

Has anyone changed thier clutch pedal? I had the dreaded clip snap and my pedal snapped so me and my dad are going to change it. Only problem is the spring in the pedal. Has anyone done it them selfes without using the proper tool to remove the spring? If so what did you use.

1, What mk of golf ?

2, then use the relevant section as getting helped out on fixing a mk2 might not be much use if yours is a mk4

yep im shure one of tyhe mods will move in a min.

mine went a year or two ago.

however i paaid my cusn to do it cause i was told its a right arse on. so no help :grin:. but hope you get it sorted
