Just bought new discs and pads how do you get the piston further back to fit the new full pads in ?
-
they turn in to the caliper im sure
-
I can find anything that turns :( the calliper is open pushed the jaw but back but the gap is too small to fit pads and disc in there's a bug ring thing that that pad sits against that's stopping it moving in ?
-
rewind the piston, normally need a tool, might be possible with out a tool, but i normally use cousines tool so wouldnt know
-
rear brakes wind, the front brakes are just push, have you took the brake reservoir cap off?
also, bug ring?
