can anyone tell me where i find the gearbox oil top up and can anyone tell me about super pro poly bushes are they any good
-
There is a round plug with a big hex hole in the middle on the side of the gearbox facing the bumper.
Just to be clear did you mean top up or replace? The gearbox oil shouldn't have to be topped up, only replaced. Unlike engine oil, it doesn't go anywhere so you should have the same amount as it had since new.
If you are replacing, make sure you can undo the top plug before draining from the bottom plug. The last thing you want to do is drain the oil and then find you have issues undoing the top plug.

I bought this kit myself 2 weeks ago but haven't had the chance to have them fitted yet. Ive already got the r32 dogbone fitted so for me it was a result this kit's quite a bit cheaper than the one with the dogbone inserts. It also works out cheaper to get the arb and steering rack mounts seperately too, if you need em  .
Heard good things about these bushes so I'll try and report back when they're done.
I'm having them fitted along with some KW's, THS top engine mounts and an r32 steering rack so hoping for quite a difference
