just got my hands on a mk4 2.0 gti.
What are the best steps/products to tighten the handling. I guess lowering/uprated shocks/anti roll etc. any suggestions for best money to spend/recommend any products?
Cheers in advance

Hehe bring it on, fully expected that. I was trying to save for something a bit special but got this for silly money and my 'stop gap' after the mk3 died, was a 1.2 Clio which had to go.

And tbh it's all about how it drives rather than looks. Seems cheap to get it low but I live in the Yorkshire dales and just want to enjoy driving my car not looking at it. Im a noob really tho to cars. How does wheel size affect handling?

mate going by where you live i would go for shock and spring combo and as for wheels the wife as got an a3 same platform as the mk4 golf and its on 15's yeah i know massive lol but they are so comfi as opposed to my coilovers on 18's its like pure heaven
