anyone Lamin Xd their lights ? in any form really, tinted or not ?
was wondering if this is still legal with the new MOT rules
-
What are the new regulations in regards of light output then?
-
Not aloud to tint any lights
-
To any extent? What about factory tinted aftermarket lighting?
-

Chuffs not going to like this..... :lipsrsealed:
-
Where do you stand with joey modded headlights as well, they obviously give the illusion of tinted glass yet doesn't actually affect output?
-
read my link in arfter market steering wheel thread
joey mod lights will be fine
-
Say that again
-
Well that's a prick then lol was looking forward to doing that
-

Yes you can....the road traffic act does not say any thing about tinting lights. Mot law only states that your lights should emit an equal light and that the light colour should be white/ yellow
-
My Audi passed its MOT in September with Lamin-X on the headlights
-
As long as you use light smoke you should be fine mot time.
-
Does that apply to front fogs too? mine are yellow tinted.
-
Can't see the fogs being an issue, many cars (especially french cars during the 90's) came standard with yellow fogs. I'm going to be doing mine soon!!
