Title: slave or master? clutch is creaking and bloody stiff!

As above guys my pedal is quite stiff but no slippage through the gears or nasty crunches??
Been like it since day one but its kinda annoying now after 18months.

Which cylinder would cause this or what can I do?

Bump no one had this experience before?
I have googled but no luck really.
Maybe its worth changing both as they not really expensive mmmm
