Edition 30 spotted for £8500. 57000miles, year 2007. Reg plate is not found on online hpi checkers -"Sorry, but we have been unable to identify this vehicle."
TGTBT and avoid like the plague? Or should I pay and have a full HPI check done?
I'd be grateful if anyone has any experience or thoughts on this? My car search continues!!
Thanks

Wheels not original and looks like bonnet doesn't line up at headlights?? Or is it my eyes?
-
Price is what, 1500 too cheap?
-
Yeah I suppose. Looks like the front end might've had a shunt from that bonnet line. Think I'll steer clear. :embarassed:
-
It could have had a private plate from new and only just been issued with that one.
However, if you have any doubts, there are plenty more out there.

Got a check - it's Cat D of course. Will have a look at it tomorrow anyway.
The ED30's must be very quick 'cos they all seem to have been crashed!
-
Saw the car!
Cat D-guy said it was hit on rear passenger side.
Broken air intake, trim hanging off
Major: bonnet line out by about 6mm. I'd say it had a frontal collision too.
Airbag rectangle missing on passenger side - no airbag??
Gearshift felt 'loose'.
Engine code sticker in boot had been 'removed', ahem!
Shame 'cos exhaust sounded lovely
I'll get one yet...no point buying a load of trouble.
