Title: programme for changin colour in photos

as above i am after a free programme to change the colour of my alloy wheels . Any help would be great thanks

Two free options:

GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/) - a free photo editor, download to your computer

or

Pixlr (http://pixlr.com/editor/) - an online photo editor

With both of these you will have to learn how to select the area of the photo that you want to change colour and learn how to change the colour.
Or you could just use the paintbrush tool to paint them a different colour.
