If i were to swap my intercooler for another one, how hard is this to do?
Can anyone give me a rough guide of how to do this? Any special tools needed? Big job? Consumables?
Thanks in advance

How do mate? Did you see that 30-130 day at Marham the other day?
I'm pretty sure it is do able, you just have to remove the front end of the car to get it to it. Have you f**ked it? Pretty sure they are a 2-300 from the dealers.

Ayup Si. I'm good mate thanks. You? Didn't see the day thing advertised. Ill look it up at work.
Front end as in bumper? Or bumper and front panel?
I can get a used one for cheap-ish but it 'hopefully' won't be on for too long. It's got a leak in one corner so i'm loosing a bit of boost so hence getting a bit of smoke.....

Bumper and front panel, I think it is quite a pain in the ass job!
For a short term fix I think you can get this stuff which you put into your intercooler and it will seal it up...Or is that just for radiators?
