Hi guys recently fitted my lowered suspension and im now getting a clunking and grinding sound. it doesnt sound like suspsension however. i jacked it up and the wheel feels wobbly and the disk seems to move far more freely than on the other side where it just spins. this is on my passenger side and i get it when turning from pulling away and the grinding on right turns. any one got any ideas of what it is, any help is really appreciated. cheers

Clicking noise could be your top mounts. Put the car in the ground with the bonnet up and bounce the front end. listen for clicking on your topmounts. Fit washers between the topmount and the suspension to cure that.
Are your wheels rubbing? could be that grinding noise
Could also be a wheel bearing

suspension is all new so def aint top mounts. sounds definetly like more steering related. what would problems with drive shaft and joints appear as. grinding is only turning right on passenger side. cheers

got it back this afternoon and the mechanic said they had to replace the hub cost 100 for parts and 44 for labour, does this sound right to you lot? cheers

Parts sounds a little steep, but labour probably about right. More important, has the noise been sorted?

correction bout the price he said thats what vw would charge for a new one and the one he got was only 25 quid and bearing about the same. can finally just enjoy the car after the month of problems. would definetly recommend the H&R springs with the boge turbo gas dampers. feels tight and is actually very smooth compared to the originals. the best bit though is the look and i actually smiled when the vr6 chin hit the speed hump(it was a massive one its fine on ur average hump)
