So I am having so much luck right now with my Golf! I just found out that my front passenger side tire and rear passenger tire were both running at half the pressure they should be when I did a routine check. So I pumped them back to the right amounts and checked it again a few hours later so see that it had slightly dropped again. Slow puncture me thinks! :(
So i've been browsing the internet for a new pair which i'm gonna get put on the front of course and my old two on the back. Now I usually go for the big brands like Pirelli, Michellin, Dunlop ect, but on a search it seems this budget tire "Neuton NT5000" is apparantly the most highly rated tire to use on my VW Golf GT TDI 140? The Michelin Pilot Sport 3 is the second highest rated.
So my question is do I go for the Michelin's or go for the budget tire? I don't want to pay twice as much for a tire that is worse!
Thanks,
Mr Savage.
