Title: N214 valve

Can anybody confirm if a n214 valve is a coolant temp sensor ? I put a new coolant temp sensor on my pd150 this week after i got a fault code of 17667 p1259 engine coolant system valve short to ground . I've looked in the search box on here but can't make any sense of it , google just puts lists of codes up and Ross tech don't list it on there site  :laugh:
