Title: Diagnostic Cable
Post by: Jamtarts on 17 March 2012, 00:27
I take it the diagnostic cable and software doesn't work on a mk2?  is there a socket for it anywhere, or is the car too old for that kind of thing?

Not a 100% but the PG engine (G60) had a basic type of diagnostic which I thought worked with VAG COM.

Some of the digifant Mk2's might and I think the PL valver did too.

Look something like this and found under the gear lever boot.
