Title: Mk1 GTI, Engine Conversion With Mk2 1.8GTI Digifant Engine

my old man has asked me to see if anyone has any ideas why the lump is only getting one spark when cranked? everything is wired up correctly as far as we know and the ecu with ignition amp is installed.
any advice would be great thanks guys!

lol iv already done this  :wink:

the red/yellow - has been wired to fuel pump trigger
red/green - has been wired to starter motor live
2x yell/black cables have been wired to power so now there is power to ecu
when the key is turned and held at crank position there is one cycle of sparks to each plug then nothing and also there is no power to ecu...?
