Title: Help, Leaking rear wiper reseviour

OK, so i have noticed recently my rear wiper had stopped working and after some digging around i found a few pages on various forums about the pipe disconnecting from the motor/ reseviour . I have found its a light stain of washer fluid on roof trip above the passenger side rear seat.

Can anyone help me in gaining access to it, ive looked over the other topics and they are so old the pictures have expired and im struggling with the instructions.
