Title: forge oo8 v forge 007p for golf 1.8t aum with r tech map

Hi Chaps ,

Which recirculating valve 007p/008p is better once remapped .Getting my car mapped by R tech soon to stage 1.I have the pipercross panel filter installed otherwise stock.

Lastly is it worth upgrading to the forge tip for my Aum motor.If so what gains etc.Cheers for any advice.
