Title: Lumpy idling resolved now have new problem

i solved my lumpy idling by replacing air filter and cleaning throttle body, it was going great until i moved the car it wont turn a corner without it cutting out :/ and i have a strange smell of petrol when cars running outa exhaust is that my cat failing?
