Title: cant open rear boot, how to open other way around?

As above  when i use key it wount turn to open boot or i unlock the driver door so i expect rear boot to be unlocked and it dint, is there other way around to open it?

Find the air pipe that mechanically opens the central locking system blow really hard or get the girlfriend to do it first then check the car. If it pops open the pump might be done or there is an air pipe that has come off to cut the air circuit to the central locking system?
Either way crack it open from the rear and inspect whats going on?
