Title: Whine noise

Hey guys.
When foot flat to floor and turbo spooling, there is a very audible whine, how much noise should I be hearing from a AJM turbo.
Is my turbo on its way out or they just quite a loud turbo.

Cannot tell you for sure, however I drive 3 GTTDI regularly, 1x130 and 2x150's and they turbo whistle is loud enough to hear with the radio even on low.

Is it louder when cold, then quieter when warm?

Mines quite loud when none of the sound deadeners are on it was also louder before i cleaned it

I guess it maybe slightly louder when cold, I'll make sure I keep an ear open when I next drive it :smiley:
