Title: how do u remove and fit a heater matrix in a mark 4 vr6

hi i have just bought a vr6 and i have a problem the heater matrix has gone and it has been bypassed so the water dosent come into the car,how do you remove and replace it as i am going to do it myself as havent got the money to get it done by someone else thanks :smiley:

No WAI!

I suspect that a dash removal is necessary (MK2 experience). But I've never owned a MK4 Golf. Just like Wayne.

MK4 VR6?  :undecided: do you mean a MK4 V6 4Motion? or a MK3 VR6?
