Title: Autolock has mind of its own?
Post by: McLovin on 08 March 2012, 15:00
Hi Guys,

Is anyone having the same problem?
Have activated autolock and auto-open in convenience settings. The doors go to lock at ~10mph but more often than not will immediately unlock again. This continues until you lock the doors manually.  :undecided:

Any ideas?

Thanks

Might be worth resetting them, im pretty sure the GTI had the auto-lock enabled as standard, might be a conflict of some sort?

Thanks, I have booked the car into the dealers next week... hopefully will be sorted under warranty!

My mate set mine up at the dealers as mine only has mid-line computer. But i think you have to tick both auto-lock as well as auto-unlock.
