Lambda sensor?? :undecided:
If you have replaced the coil it seems unlikely it's the same again...................unless you bought a second hand unit.
Was the fault diagnosed at a garage or a code reder of your own?

Depends really, my old motor was fuelling badly, didn't show any faults pointing towards the Lambda but replacing it cured it.
Not saying it's the definite cure for yours but worth a thought
