Title: dashboard clock question

guys i have a 51 plate gt tdi.the display between the clocks were it normally shows your miles per gallon as changed to counting up in either miles or minuets.

anyone know how i can change it back ? or is this a fault ?

The you tried to press the end of the wiper stalk?
