however, thats gota be breaking a few laws surely? he cant see left, what if he needed to turn left when driving down that road? it looked like a busy street what if some kid ran out from the left he wouldnt see the kid till it was too late...

Nice,  :afro:  and with a HHO generator/storage unit from here http://www.itm-power.com/ and a PV cell to produce the power to electrolyse the water, you could have free fuel from tap/rain water.

Military been doing this for some time, they have this on the smaller tanks that are hybrids, when in this mode so they run on the electric motor for two reasons, no noise and very low heat signature.
