Does any body know if its possible to re-upolster front drivers bolsters useing a donor rear bench seat material?
-
Square peg in the round hole
Give the frabric to a coach trimmer get him to cut the material to the right size then a few quid later magic he would have nice new bolsters without holes!
-
cool just got to find a clean rear seat now thanks
-
Or you can use the passenger side fabric that would need less modifications if you cna find a decent enough one though?

Take off the driver seat cover. Unpick the bolster. Trace around the rear seat fabric and cut.
Sew it back onto driver seat. Re-fit.
DIY.

Bolster foam would be quite tough, its always the fabric that wears out, but like I've mentioned best to let a pro do it TBH.
Most people will swap a passengers side then cut a new holes for seat belts and seat forward leavers!

Try and find a 5 door set and use the passenger seat to re-cover and upgrade the bolsters...

That's what I did, in fact I bought my 5 door passenger seat from Mr MGS. There were a couple of marks on it, but the bolsters were perfect. A local trimmer made me one mint drivers seat out for £40.
