Title: wheel cleaner(diablo gel)

Hi,i have part powdercoated and part polished wheels are there any totally safe cleaners to use on these?theres so many wheel cleaners out there was just wanting someone in the know to advise.i know wonder wheels is very harsh by the way :laugh:

There are plenty of mild cleaners (like Bilberry, Dodo Juice Mellow Yellow) or even safer use a diluted shampoo mix.

Bilberry is ace as you can vary the concentration and goes a long way.  Use a foaming spray head.

hi will these remove small bits of baked on brake dust and tar like stuff you get on the wheels there not bad because i clean them regular just need something a bit stronger than car shampoo to help shift the more stubborn bits.

Anyone used diablo gel says its safe on painted and polished wheels and is non acidic and has a natural ph.also how do you apply diablo?

is that safe on a polished finish?

bilt hamber are soon to launch a wheel cleaner which 'i think' will be polished wheel safe afaik  :lipsrsealed:

I tried it on the weekend on my RS's and has been fine. It's safe on paintwork and decals.

Wheels have not been wax sealed and the dishes are not laqured but do a test on yours first.

Came out fine. My favorite all rounder.
