Right then...
I've always been pleased polishing / sealing / waxing my car by hand but am getting increasingly frustrated by trying to remove swirls from the paint! It doesn't help that I've got a magic black pearl Golf which is a nightmare to keep swirl free...
I'm finally going to treat myself to a DA Polisher after hearing lots of good stories about the results they give & have narrowed my choice to either the DAS 6 or the DAS 6 Pro. The Pro version has a higher power motor & 6m cable which will probably be handy. The question is - is there much of a difference & which one is the better purchase?? The Pro version is about £35 more expensive, is it worth it?
Also, I'm going to order a Sonus pad & a Chemical Guys hexlogic pad for applying Black Hole glaze. Am I right in thinking that I will also need a smaller (4") pad & backing plate for polishing bumpers etc??
Any advice appreciated.

the DAS 6-Pro is the best DA polisher I have used by a country mile
I tried a load out on a training day and it was very good, especially for the money

I haven't actually tried the Pro version but heard good things about it. We stocked the Kestral Pro for a while but never actually used one. Need to re-stock on those actually
Just to answer your last question, yep a smaller backing plate and pads are a good idea for bumpers and awkward area's

I've got the standard das 6 and its spot on for what I use it for... I only use it on my car so its not as if I'm using it day after day
