Title: New car... the 4th one... but now a GT TDI any tips on mods and cheap gains??

hi just bought a mk4 gt tdi off ebay for 800 dollar, is there much i can do to modifiy it? and what sorts of mods could i do... the engine code i believe is an AHF?

main reason i bought one is because the insurance for me is like massively cheaper then my previous 3 mk4 1.8ts and ill get more mpg :)

apparently only 110? is that possible... it says that on the insurance quote also
