Title: Help out a noob!!
Post by: ALBEEEEY on 28 February 2012, 14:16
Hey there,
I've just bought myself a MK4 VW Golf GT TDi in Jazz Blue
I've read a lot on this forum and waxamomo and watched a few YouTube videos but basically I want this car to be shining!!! I'm on a pretty limited budget because I'm still at college and just shelled out for the car. I already have a wash mitt and two buckets and a decent finishing cloth.
Basically has anyone got any advice for getting my paintwork like a mirror?

Cheers in advance!!!!!

i'm not sure the particular model of car makes that much of a difference, except in extreme circumstances, the principles remain the same

wash it
clay it
wash it
polish it
protect it
dress it

You can get budget products that will give you a good result for sure. Search around on waxamomo and if you do have a limited budget I'd suggest buying the cheapest items on there, they will still savice.
