Title: Replacement Key

Hi,

When i bought my mk4 1.8t it only came with one key, i've managed to survive with out any mishaps and will continue to do so (touch wood) but thought maybe its time to get a 2nd key, Ive been looking around and vagwerkes have quote me 90quid for a key and programming. Is this reasonable or can i be done cheaper?
Ive seen uncut keys on ebay for £20 if i took this option, how much would it cost to get cut? and how/where would i get it reprogrammed?
