Title: Any one in stoke on trent with a vac com

any one in stoke on trent got a vac com so i can reline my throttle body please
I have a 1.8T AGU engine with the throttle cable did the removal and clean built back up but when i come to a stop and press clutch pedal down it revs higher between 1,300 to 1,500 and slowly drops down to 800 rpm  i have done 50 miles + and still doing the same doing my head in now as it's using more fuel .  cheers
