Title: quick answer needed

right in the middle of changing my fuel filter over.
the old one looks the same as this...

yet the new one has the arrow pointing the other way. the big lip at the bottom has the arrow pointing away in the photo, on my new one it has it pointed towards.

dont want to change it and it be wrong mounted or anything so any help quickly be great.

Just install with the arrow pointing the same way as your old filter(direction of flow)  :smiley:

Uh, I'd install it as its labelled on the new one, not how it is on the old one. its only a sealing join, could be any way whichever way each and every manufacturer decided to put it.

That is what i said  :rolleyes: Arrow same way as old one,never said anything about the filter body  :laugh:

Mount it at 90 degrees to the arrow if you are unsure :wink:

its ok fell just put the arrow the same way and it will be all good mine was the same nothing wrong just made that way.....thanks Rik
