redex   that is worst crap made by man

give it a oil change if needs be .. scan for fault codes..check boost pipes any splits etc.. but wherever you get it remaped they will check pipes and scan it for you..if they dont then there sh!t

oh and get some v power in there tesco is to do shopping not fueling

Maf,n75 and as said boost hoses and breather hoses a good remapping place would pick up on these before remapping.need a strong actuator and a good clutch as if its on its way out a map will finish it off.

had mine done at r tech, when i rang and asked first of all they said common probs were maf,n75 and actuator so i got new maf and n75 and took chance on actuator.but id already fitted uprated boost hoses you could prob get a set for £70 a good investment imo.like you say ring them and see wot they say.i think they have mafs and n75 valves there.

well thats a good headstart

Current spec is

*AUQ180 80k miles
*Forge Tip
*3" turbo back non res exhaust system
*Toyosport FMIC
*Uprated Re-circulating valve
*Toyosport Cold air induction kit

So hopefully fingers crossed we shall see some good bhp/torque figures

boooooost leaks

R-Tech might stock the items if you need them, I know Nick tried ringing round loads of places to find me a MAF but couldn't get a genuine one first time I went up so I had to go home with half a map lol

mine was boosting to what it should have been standard but still had a boost leak somewhere and faulty maf so checking them for corrosion before hand will help  still car was great and power was awsome but now the leak is done its like a new map thats even better

Atleast its not just me then

I do indeed bud, peaks at about 10/11psi then settles down to 9psi!

As far as I know the car is healthy, I do have one fault code (an exhaust emmisions one) but thats only ever started appearing since iv had the 3" turbo back straight through pipe put on so ive put it down to that!?  :lipsrsealed: but I hear on a the stage 2 custom remap they alter/delete the lambda/emmisions readings!?
