White smoke is a sign that water is entering the combustion chamber so could a sign your head gasket is in trouble.

Mixture / fuel problem would be black smoke.

Sounds like water in the chamber. How long have you run it for, if it was condensation, after a 20 mile drive you would expect it all to boil off.
I would take it for a fair distance drive, if it clears up then it was moister, if not sounds like HG trouble.

Wip the head off, get it skimmed and then put a new HG on :D

Must of been condensation as seems to have cleared up now, may get emissions checked anyway

its also wise to check your brake fluid level have heard of instances of fluid leaking past the servo into the vac, when burnt off white smoke.
