Looking for some advice on a new catalyst for a 95 Mk 3 VR6.
Mine has decided to rust out, and has been welded up for now.
Euro parts sell a number of different ones around ?450, which still seem a bit expensive. GSF sell ERNST item, but not sure about the quality of these as seen a ERNST silencer on a mates Audi. Not great by a long shot.
Also considered a Milltek, sport cat, but only because its stainless. Only concern is it may split easy in winter weather.
So if anyone could suggest a contact or have had to replace there cat and know of a place that sells reasonable priced catalyst's I would be greatful for some help.
